Our office is located at 412 E. Columbus Ave. in Bellefontaine, OH., 4 blocks East of the Courthouse, 3 buildings east of the "Dollar General" store.

Our mission at Family Chiropractic is to provide inexpensive, high-quality care to people of all ages. We strive to not only correct a person's health problems, but to educate and enlighten people so that they do not encounter similar problems in the future.
